We will ship your order within 24 hours via Standard UPS. You may also choose overnight or second day delivery. We'll deliver to your home, office, or any address you request, and we offer several payment options: order online using the credit card of your choice, by phone, fax, or mail, using your MasterCard, Visa, personal check or money order.
Shipping Policy
The best coffee is fresh coffee. That’s why we ship coffee within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. You will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Delivery Charges
Caffè Appassionato ships via United Parcel Service. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. For orders placed through our Web site or via our toll-free number (888-502-2333), shipping rates are as follows:

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any Caffe Appassionato Coffee products, we will gladly refund your purchase. Please phone us at 888-502-2333, ex. 105
To Order Online
Placing an order from the Caffè Appassionato Online Store is easy.
- To start, make your coffee selections in our Caffè Appassionato Online Store. To add an item to your order, click the Add To Order button, which places the item in your shopping cart.
- To look for more items, click the Continue Shopping button.
- To review your order while shopping, click the View Cart button.
- When you have finished making all of your selections, click the Check Out button.
- At this time you will be asked to Create an Account or Sign In.
- After creating your new account or signing in you will be taken through the checkout process:
- Delivery Information ~ where and how you would like your purchase shipped.
- Payment Information ~ how you would like to pay for your purchase.
- Order Confirmation ~ a chance to review all information (and make changes) before completing your order.
- Submit Order ~ place your order over a secure server.
